I had a great experience with NCR Computers! I brought in my Nintendo Switch after it suffered significant liquid damage and stopped powering on. They thoroughly diagnosed it, provided detailed photos of the damage, and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, the Switch ended up being unrepairable, but they were incredibly nice, transparent, and helpful about everything. I had a great experience with NCR Computers. My Alienware Aurora R12 stopped booting after a BIOS update was accidentally interrupted. I had already taken it to another repair shop, but they were unable to repair it and recommended replacing the motherboard.

I brought the PC to NCR Computers, and they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explain the different options to me. After I purchased a replacement motherboard, they installed it, applied new thermal paste, cleaned the system, and got my PC working again.

What I especially appreciated was that they didn’t just stop once the computer turned on. They performed benchmarking and stress testing and pointed out additional concerns with my GPU temperatures, airflow, and SSD so I knew what to keep an eye on going forward. They also returned my original motherboard to me.

Throughout the process, they were helpful, transparent, and willing to explain what they were finding. After dealing with a PC that I thought might be completely dead, it was great to bring it home working again.

Significantly better service than any other computer or device repair business I’ve used before.

I brought in my custom PC because my RTX 3090 graphics card was making a noticeable rattling noise. They thoroughly diagnosed the issue and determined that the GPU had sustained damage related to overheating.

They went beyond simply addressing the immediate problem. They calibrated all of my case fans, installed an AIO liquid CPU cooler, improved my cable management, corrected issues with my SSD installation, and cleaned up several other smaller problems with the PC build.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire repair process. They gave me quick updates, clearly explained what they found, and were happy to answer the various technical questions I had about my computer, cooling setup, GPU, and hardware.

If you’re looking for knowledgeable and communicative PC repair-especially for custom gaming PCs, graphics card issues, overheating, cooling upgrades, or hardware installation- I highly recommend them.
