NCR Computers helped me with a broken zif connector on my laptop. Super communicative, and when it came time for them to order the part, the manufacturer was delayed. NCR put in a temporary fix that allowed my keyboard to work properly in the meantime, and then promptly notified me when they got the part in many weeks later. Excellent service from start to finish! They repaired the CMOS battery holder on my computer quickly, and the turnaround time was exactly as promised. The price was very fair—especially compared to several other places I contacted that wanted nearly four times as much for the same repair. It's refreshing to find a company that's honest, reasonably priced, and does quality work. I highly recommend them if you need computer repairs!
